Accountability Reports

Definition: Accountability reports are produced to meet the demands for documenting the performance of a program, school, or entity in relation to accreditation, certification, or other standards.

What This Means: Typically the accountability report determines the future status of the entity being evaluated—continued funding, intervention for improvement required, etc. In the best of circumstances, the report provides recommendations and avenues for improvement.
